The Worldwide Financial Asset (IMF) and government have recognized explicit arrangements to assist with balancing out the Ghanaian economy from its ongoing issue.




This was revealed in a proclamation by the Bretton Woods organization after its authorities visited Ghana from eleventh to nineteenth October 2022.

The IMF group which was driven by Stéphane Roudet met the Money Clergyman, Ken Ofori-Atta and Bank of Ghana Lead representative, Dr. Ernest Addison to proceed with conversations on a potential IMF-upheld program.

At the finish of the gatherings, Mr. Roudet gave the accompanying assertion:

"The Ghanaian designation and IMF staff had extremely productive conversations on the specialists' post-Coronavirus program for monetary development and related strategies and changes that could be upheld by another IMF plan."

He said: "We gained great headway in distinguishing explicit approaches that would reestablish macroeconomic security and establish the groundwork for more grounded and more comprehensive development."

Mr. Roudet included the explanation that, the IMF group and the Ghanaian specialists remain completely dedicated to agreeing on a system and strategies for an IMF-upheld program when practical.

"Conversations will go on in the weeks ahead, with a subsequent mission to occur quickly," he added.
